Service Description

This offering offers you the opportunity to relax and recharge. We will set an intention for your session. I will offer you a guided meditation to ground and connect you. I will use a gong to move you in a theta brain wave state that promotes the self-healing properties of the body. We will then recharge your whole system with reiki to help you release tension, move stagnant energy and refuel your body.

Cancellation Policy

I am asking to be respectful of my time. Please make time for yourself and your appointment and request a change or cancellation if needed within 48 hours of the session. Cancellations or missed appointments within 48 hours notice result in full charge of service.
