Jane is a certified Sound Healing & Somatic Breathwork Facilitator and Nervous System Coach, specializing in nervous system regulation and trauma-informed, body-based healing. She works with individuals who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping and create lasting, embodied transformation.
Her approach integrates somatic experiencing tools, parts work, breathwork, sound healing, and subtle somatic movement to support the release of stored stress and trauma, while also addressing the deeper internal patterns that shape how her clients experience themselves and their lives.
Rather than forcing change, Jane’s work creates the conditions for the body to naturally shift out of survival mode and into a state of safety, clarity, and regulation.
